KATHMANDU: Achham District Court Judge Nabin Kumar Joshi has been transferred to the Supreme Court.
Acting Chief Justice Deepak Kumar Karki has brought him to Kathmandu.
Joshi’s bench had sentenced a rape victim girl to three years accusing her of changing her statement too frequently.
According to a Judicial Council source, Joshi was pulled to the apex court after a preliminary inquiry into the verdict.
