MCC: If things don’t work out, the alliance can’t continue: Gagan Thapa

KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) General Secretary Gagan Thapa has said that the alliance will collapse if there is no agreement on Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC).

Talking to journalists after the parliament session on Friday, Thapa said that the issue had to be resolved now.

“If there is no agreement, this alliance cannot continue,” he added.

Thapa said that the proposal coming from the Chairman of the Maoist Center Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda” to push the MCC after the election would not be acceptable.
