JSP row: Dr. Bhattarai to remain as a lawmaker

KATHMANDU: Even though Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) has taken action against Dr. Babu Ram Bhattarai, his post as a lawmaker will remain.

A meeting of the party held in Birganj last Friday had relieved Dr. Bhattarai of all responsibilities of the party.

However, he will not lose as a lawmaker.

“Even though Dr. Bhattarai has been relieved from the responsibility of the party, he has not been released from the post of a lawmaker,” a leader said.
