KATHMANDU: Various eight ordinances have been presented in today’s meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR).

Minister for Home Affairs Bal Krishna Khand presented the ‘Nepal Police and Province Police (Operation, Supervision and Coordination) First Amendment-2078 BS, ‘Social Security (First Amendment) Ordinance-2078 BS and ‘Acid and Other Hazardous Chemicals (Regulation) Ordinance-2078 BS.

Similarly, Minister for Health and Population Birodh Khatiwada presented ‘Drug (Third Amendment) Ordinance-2079 BS and ‘Security of Health Workers and Health Institutions (First Amendment) Ordinance-2079 BS’.

Likewise, Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport Renu Kumari Yadav presented ‘Railway Ordinance-2078 BS’ while Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Govinda Prasad Sharma (Koirala) presented ‘Ordinance to amend some Acts related to Criminal Offences and Criminal Procedures-2078 BS ‘ and ‘Ordinance on Amendment of Some Acts concerning Sexual Violence-2078 BS’.
