Vote counting postponed after dispute in Dhanusha



JANAKPURDHAM: The counting of votes in Kshireshwarnath Municipality of Dhanusha has been postponed.

During the counting of votes in Ward No. 5, a dispute arose between the representatives of the Nepali Congress and the CPN-UML. As the dispute could not be resolved, the election officials decided to postpone the counting until further notice.

UML candidate Sukhdev Yadav has been leading against NC candidate Yogendra Panjiar in the ongoing counting of votes. While Yadav got 2,190 votes, Panjiyar got 1,890 votes.
