17 injured in Dhading microbus mishap

BENIGHAT: At least 17 people have been injured in a micro bus accident at Benighat Rorang-3, Salanghat, Dhading Sunday morning.

According to Benighat police post sources, 17 people got injured when Ba 4 Kha 2704 microbus heading towards Kathmandu from Pokhara collided with Ba 8 Cha 7036 car and Na 8 Kha 2014 truck coming from opposition direction this morning.

Among the injured three are in critical condition. Five of the injured have been sent to Kathmandu for treatment when rest of the passengers are undergoing treatment at Gajuri Hospital and Malekhu Teaching Hospital.

Further investigation on the cause of the accident is underway, the police said.
