Ruling coalition to finalize candidates for metropolis and sub-metropolis by tomorrow



KATHMANDU: The ruling five-party alliance is set to decide on the candidates for the metropolitan and sub-metropolitan constituencies by tomorrow.

A meeting of the ruling coalition held at the Prime Minister’s residence in Baluwatar today has agreed to decide the candidates by Monday.

“The candidates for the metropolitan and sub-metropolitan constituencies will be decided by tomorrow,” said the Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda”.

The local elections are being held on May 13.
