Action taken against 456 drivers for violating traffic rules

KATHMANDU: The Department of Traffic Management has taken action against 456 people for violating traffic rules in the last one month in Kathmandu.

The government collected Rs 350,000 in revenue during this period.

Traffic police seized 101 registration books (blue books) and 355 licenses for violating the rules.

Authorities handed over the seized blue books by taking a fine.

The Department has a system to monitor traffic rules in the capital.
