SPP agreement done by Oli government in 2019, claims Prachanda

KATHMANDU: Chairman of the Maoist Center Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda” has claimed that the implementation of the State Partnership Program (SPP) agreement was done in 2019 when KP Oli was the Prime Minister.

Speaking at a program in Parisdanda today, Prachanda said that the current Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba would not sign the agreement under any circumstances.

Instead, the implementation of this SPP agreement is a fact that the KP Oli-led government has already signed an agreement in 2019.

“We all need to understand this,” said Prachanda.
