Landslides obstruct Beni-Jomsom road



BENI: The Beni-Jomsom road has been obstructed due to incessant rainfall-triggered landslides at four different places.

According to the district traffic police office, traffic with Mustang has been cut due to landslides in Jaleshwar of Beni municipality, Baisari of Raghuganga rural municipality, Naunibagar of Annapurna rural municipality, and Kavrebhir on the border of Mustang.

Chief of District Traffic Police Office, Myagdi, Indra Bahadur Nepali, said that the traffic between Myagdi and Mustang was obstructed due to landslides.

The distance of the Beni-Jomsom road is 76 kilometers.
