A 19-year-old local youth, Bir Bahadur Katuwal alias Navin, had died in police firing that took place over a minor dispute relating to picking up the ballot boxes on Friday.

Ballot boxes are being brought to Katari from the Kalika Secondary School polling center  after a seven-point agreement was reached with the family of the youth who was shot dead by the police.
