UML’s candidate for Deputy Mayor Sunita gets three times more votes than Rameshwar in KMC

KATHMANDU: CPN-UML’s deputy mayoral candidate Sunita Dangol has got 2,232 votes in the Kathmandu metropolis.

Her nearest rival, Unified Socialist candidate Rameshwar Shrestha, got 647 votes.

Rameshwar is the candidate of the five-party ruling coalition.

Sunita has taken the lead in the counting of votes from the very beginning.
