UML to draw govt attention to COVID19 control, prevention and treatment



KATHMANDU: The CPN-UML is set to draw the government’s attention towards the control, prevention and treatment of COVID19 amid rising coronavirus cases.

UML Secretary Yogesh Bhattarai said the party’s central-level delegation is scheduled to meet Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba at 10 am in Baluwatar on Saturday to draw his attention to the issues.

The country has been witnessing a spike in COVID-19 cases for the past two weeks. Omicron variant of the virus is also gaining foothold in the country of late.
