UML holding Secretariat meet today

To review local elections



KATHMANDU: The main opposition CPN-UML has called a meeting of the Central Secretariat today (Monday).

The UML has said three agendas would be broadly dealt with among others in the Secretariat meeting.

Review of local level elections, formation of the remaining departments of the party and training of elected people’s representatives at the local level, among others, are to be deliberated upon at the UML Secretariat.

The meeting will be held at the party central office, Chyasal in the afternoon.

UML leaders have been accusing the ruling parties of misusing state resources in the local elections held on May 13.
