KATHMANDU: Chief Election Commissioner Dinesh Kumar Thapaliya has cast his vote in the local level elections.
Thapaliya cast his vote from a booth based at Lokanthali in Bhaktapur at 7 am.
The much-awaited local level elections have started simultaneously from across the country.
