NC demands leadership in five local units in Rolpa

ROLPA: The ruling Nepali Congress (NC) has demanded leadership in five out of 10 local units in the Rolpa district.

The NC has asked for five chiefs and deputy chiefs of rural municipalities and ward chairpersons in 36 wards, informed NC District President Kishor Kumar Acharya.

Meanwhile, the NC has warned that the party in the district level would forge an electoral alliance only if its demands were fulfilled, said Acharya, arguing that the position of the NC has somewhat improved compared to the past.
