Okhaldhunga jeep mishap: 2 police officials killed, 8 injured

OKHALDHUNGA:  Two people have died and eight others sustained injuries in a Bolero jeep accident in Okhaldhunga  on Wednesday morning.

The deceased have been identified as two police personnel who were on-board the ill-fated jeep, confirmed the District Police Office, Okhaldhunga.

The jeep, Ba 16 Cha 1094, met with an accident at  Manebhanjyang-6, Bhadare Khola, while it was heading to Biratnagar from Solukhumbu.

The identities of the deceased are yet to be ascertained.

A total of 10 people including eight police personnel were travelling in the Bolero jeep, according to police.
