Driver killed in Bajhang jeep accident



BAJHANG: A person has died in a jeep accident in Chhabispathibhera rural municipality-1, Bhande Bazaar in the Bajhang district.

Driver Jaya Bahadur Sarki, 50, of Chhabispathibhera rural municipality-3, Bamandanda died after the ill-fated jeep, Se 1 Ja 676, fell some 400 meters down the Kindral cliff, informed DSP Gyan Bahadur Bista.

Driver’s body is being taken to the district hospital for postmortem.

Sarki was driving the jeep alone when the accident occurred, according to police.
