At least 8 killed in Jajarkot jeep accident



JAJARKOT: Eight people died in a jeep accident in Jajarkot on Monday afternoon.

Three others were injured when the jeep (Karnali Province 2001 Ch 0429) fell some 200 meters down the road in Bhirpati of Chedagad municipality, police said.

SSP Madhav Shrestha confirmed the death of passengers in the accident.

The passengers were heading toward Jajarkot to attend a wedding ceremony.
