NC makes public proposed hierarchy of office bearers, members



KATHMANDU: The ruling Nepali Congress (NC) has proposed a hierarchy of office bearers and members of various levels and bodies of the party.

In the Central Committee meeting held in Sanepa on Tuesday, the NC proposed 121 ranks from party president to ordinary members.

In the new order of precedence, party president is ranked first followed respectively by former NC president, prime minister, former prime minister, leaders of parliamentary party, central office bearers, former leaders of parliamentary party, former central office bearers, central members, leaders of National Assembly, provincial presidents and invited central members.

Active members and ordinary members are placed at the bottom of the hierarchy.
