Kapilvastu District Court acquits murder-accused Nasim Khan



KAPILVASTU: Kapilvastu District Court has acquitted Nasim Khan “Badshah” alleged of murdering eight people.

A single bench of Justice Jawahar Prasad Singh acquitted Khan who was arrested on the charge of killing eight people, including Gyan Bahadur Sunar, Akali Dhobi, Prem Pariyar, Aayan Khan, Shivapujan Kurmi, Rajendra Tiwari, Ram Milan Gupta and a four-year-old.

Sources have claimed that the victims are set to move the High Court.
