We can break the ruling coalition effortlessly: UML

KATHMANDU: The main opposition, CPN-UML, has claimed that it can break the five-party ruling coalition without any effort.

Notwithstanding its claim, the party said it would look for a reliable political force to forge an alliance rather than resorting to breaking the Nepali Congress-led ruling coalition.

“It’s not difficult to break the five-party alliance if we forgot the boundaries of political ethics as we believe in healthy democratic competition,” the party said.

The party has decided to focus on finding a reliable ally for the sake of fulfilling its political objective.

UML Chairperson KP Oli has urged party cadres and supporters to get rid of the psychological terror of the ruling alliance.

“We need to prove ourselves that we can move ahead despite the five-party alliance,” Oli said in a statement.
