SIRAHA: Siraha Police have arrested a youth with brown sugar.
According to Siraha police, Shambhu Prasad Yadav was arrested along with 4.83 grams of brown sugar from Gulariya of Siraha Municipality-9.
A joint team from the Drug Control Bureau, Kathmandu and the District Police Office, Siraha took him under control.
Police are investigating further for details.
