ILAM: Police have arrested the chairperson and secretary of an orphanage in Ilam district for allegedly raping a minor in the orphanage.
Police arrested Chairperson Rajendra Chauhan and Secretary Kabindra Rai on the rape charge after a complaint was filed in the police office, informed District Police Office, Mahendra Shrestha.
Further investigation into the case was underway by keeping them into custody, informed Shrestha.
