PM Deuba and CPN (Maoist) General Secretary Biplav hold talks



KATHMANDU: The Netra Bikram Chand-led CPN (Maoist) has urged the government to implement the three-point agreement reached with the then Prime Minister KP Oli-led government.

In the meeting held at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar, Biplav urged Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba to implement the three-point agreement.

During the discussion, Biplav told Prime Minister Deuba, “We have to speed up the implementation of the three-point agreement.”

In response, Prime Minister Deuba said that the government was committed to implementing the three-point agreement.

PM Deuba urged Biplav to make sure that the protest programs were peaceful.

Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Dilendra Prasad Badu, and Biplav party’s spokesperson Khadga Bahadur Bishwakarma were present on the occasion.
