LSP instructs to recommend names for local elections by Tuesday



KATHMANDU: The Loktantrik Samajwadi Party (LSP) led by Mahanta Thakur has directed the concerned local levels to recommend contestants’ names for the local elections by Tuesday.

Thakur has given a deadline of April 11 to recommend the names of mayors and chairpersons of metropolises, sub-metropolises, municipalities and villages.

A meeting of the district committee held last week formed a committee to recommend candidates from all over the country.
