SINDHUPALCHOWK: Minister for Education, Science and Technology Devendra Poudel has said he was committed to providing enough facilities to the schoolteachers.

Addressing the second district convention of Unified All Nepal Teachers’ Organisation in Barhabise Municipality, Poudel said education sector will improve only if teachers were given due respect.

Upon hearing the grievances of the teachers present at the programme, Minister Poudel pledged to take initiatives to address the issues of teachers.

Likewise, Minister Poudel urged the schoolteachers not to keep themselves engaged in politics within the school time.
