EPS: 6,597 examined for agriculture and animal husbandry



KATHMANDU: The Employment Permit System (EPS) branch under the Department of Foreign Employment has examined 6,597 of those who applied to go to Korea in the field of agriculture and animal husbandry.

A total of 44,853 youths have applied to go to Korea for employment in the agriculture and animal husbandry and manufacturing sector.

There are 10,858 people in the agriculture and animal husbandry sector and 33,995 people in the manufacturing sector. Of the 10,858 people going for agriculture and animal husbandry, 6,597 are being tested now and the remaining 4,261 will undergo tests from June 27.

Other exams will also be conducted regularly, the EPS Korea branch said.
