President Bhandari summons House session on May 17



KATHMANDU:  President Bidya Bhandari has summoned the session of both the houses of the federal parliament on Tuesday at 4 pm (May 17).

Bhandari convened the session of both the houses on May 17 in line with Article 93 (1) of the Constitution on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers.

“The session of both the houses have been summoned as per Article 93 (1) of the Constitution on the recommendation of the government made on May 8,” reads the press meet issued by Sagar Aryal, the spokesperson for the Office of the President.

The session will take place at the federal parliament in New Baneshwor.
