KMC issues 24-hour ultimatum to Norvic Hospital to remove illegal structures

KATHMANDU: Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has given a 24-hour ultimatum to Norvic International Hospital to remove the structures the hospital has built against the rules.

KMC Mayor Balendra Shah said that if the canteen and other structures of the hospital are not removed within 24 hours, contrary to the agreement with the Government of Nepal, action will be taken.

A 24-hour ultimatum has been issued to the hospital to demolish the structure on the land leased by the hospital, which is registered in the name of the KMC.
