NC conducting door-to-door campaign targeting local election



KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress (NC) is conducting a month-long door-to-door campaign for the local elections.

The party has mobilized central representatives to conduct the door-to-door campaign.

Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, who is also the party President, has given instructions to the party’s central representatives at the party’s central office in Sanepa on Tuesday.

According to party chief secretary Krishna Prasad Poudel, the party has decided to mobilize central representatives in all 77 districts from tomorrow.

Local-level elections are being held on May 13 this year.
