Muslim Commission’s annual report tabled in parliament

KATHMANDU: The Annual Report of the Muslim Commission (June 15, 2020 to July 15, 2021) has been presented in the House of Representatives today.

Minister for Home Affairs Bal Krishna Khand, on the behalf of Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, tabled the report in a meeting of the Lower House of the Federal Parliament.

In the meeting, Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota read out a letter related to the allocation of ministry portfolio received from the Office of the President.

The letter mentions that Prime Minister Deuba has been designated the portfolio of the Ministry of Finance also following Finance Minister Janardan Sharma’s resignation from his post.
