Rapti Hydro issuing IPO today



KATHMANDU: Rapti Hydro and General Construction Limited has opened ordinary shares for the project-affected locals from today.

The company is going to issue 612,793 ordinary shares at the face value of Rs 100 per share, which is 10 percent of the company’s issued capital of Rs 612,793,000.

A total of 612,793 units of ordinary shares are about to be issued to the locals of East Rukum and West Rukum districts affected by the project.

Locals can apply for a minimum of 10 units to the maximum of 600,000 units of shares by June 21.

Siddhartha Capital Limited is the issue manager.
