Nat’l Women League: APF to face Army in inaugural match

KATHMANDU: The schedule of All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) National Women League football competition has been published.

According to the schedule, defending champion APF Club will take on Tribhuvan Army Club. The match between APF and Army will be held on March 24.

The first edition of the League will be held in Bharatpur of Chitwan and that of the second edition will take place in Biratnagar. A total of eight teams including APF Club, Tribhuvan Army Club, Nepal Police Club will participate in the women league.

Other teams are Biratnagar Metropolitan City, Dhangadhi Sub Metropolitan City, Waling Municipality, Chandrapur municipality and Lalitpur Metropolitan City.

APF club had clinched a title of the national women’s league last year.
