Lumbini CM’s office shifted to Dang from Butwal



BUTWAL: The Chief Minister’s Office of Lumbini Province has been shifted to Dang from Butwal.

All items of the Chief Minister’s office have been moved from the temporary capital Butwal to the area designated as the permanent capital, Dang.

Furniture and other materials required for office operations have been transported by truck and brought to Dang.

An employee of the Chief Minister’s Secretariat said thay all necessary equipment, including furniture required for the operation of the Chief Minister’s and Chief Secretary’s offices have been brought to Dang.

Chief Minister Kul Prasad KC is taking initiatives to shift the Chief Minister’s Office from Dang during his tenure.

In Rapti Valley (Deukhuri), the permanent capital of Lumbini, preparations have been made for the swearing-in of the new state assembly members and the assembly.
