Lalitpur has 131 polling stations, 290 polling centers



KATHMANDU: Lalitpur district has a total of 131 polling stations and 290 polling centres for the upcoming elections to the House of Representatives and the Province Assembly.

Similarly, there are two temporary polling stations.

There are the total 250,410 eligible voters in the district.

Managing returning and assistant returning officers and other employees in coordination with the election office has reached its final stage, said Chief District Officer Jaya Narayan Acharya.

Security arrangements under the leadership of CDO Acharya have been made to hold the polls in a fearless, fair and impartial way, said Senior Superintendent of Police, Binod Pokharel.
