KATHMANDU: Minister for Communications and Information Technology, Gyanendra Bahadur Karki, has said Nepal would be ensured as the richest generation in coming 10 years in South Asia.
Releasing a book named ‘Protal’ penned by Git Pachhai in Kathmandu on Saturday, Minister Karki said Nepali civil society, literature and arts are equally important for developing Nepal as a rich country.
He stressed the need for promoting new generation in preservation of literature and augmenting development activities. Time has come to develop Nepal as a civilized and beautiful country, Minister Karki stated.
The book published in English language is a science fiction.
On the occasion, Minister for Urban Development, Metmani Chaudhari, viewed the literary sector should be recognized for its role on social change.
