Earthquake shakes Kathmandu at 5:26 am



KATHMANDU: An earthquake was felt in Kathmandu and surrounding areas early Saturday morning.

The quake took place at 5.26 am.

Shockwaves from the quake were felt in Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Lalitpur districts, said the local people.

However, official information about the epicenter, magnitude, and  details of losses caused by the quake are yet to come.
