EC prohibits political parties from campaigning during night



KATHMANDU: The Election Commission (EC) has prohibited political parties from campaigning during the night for the upcoming local-level election scheduled on May 13.

The code of conduct issued by the Election Commission allows political parties to carry out election campaign only from eight am to seven in the evening.

Likewise, the EC has prohibited candidates from carrying voters on the election day.
