Home Minister Khand meets Maoist Center Chairman Prachanda



KATHMANDU: Home Minister Balkrishna Khand held a meeting with Chairman of CPN-Maoist Center Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ at the latter’s residence in Khumaltar, Lalitpur, on Monday afternoon.

According to Khumaltar sources, the leaders discussed about the current political scenario and the ruling coalition in the meeting.

“Both leaders are positive about taking the current alliance ahead,” the source said.

With the conclusion of the vote count under first-past-the-post seats under the House of Representatives, the political parties have intensified the discussions on new government.
