Nepal sees 24 new coronavirus cases in past 24 hours



KATHMANDU: The country recorded a total of 24 new cases of coronavirus in the past 24 hours as of Tuesday.

Of the confirmed cases today,  21 were detected through the RT-PCR method and three through antigen method.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the country witnessed no coronavirus-related death in the past 24 hours. The COVID-19 death toll in the country has reached 11,951 to date.

Currently, there are 812 active cases in the country as 51 infected patients recovered today.
