New government will give political stability: NC senior leader Poudel



KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) senior leader and newly-elected MP, Ram Chandra Poudel, has said that the government to be formed now will provide political stability, good governance, development and employment in the village.

Addressing a program organized at Pulimarang, Byas Municipality-8 of Tanahu today, he argued that the goal of the present ruling coalition is also establishing peace, good governance and a stable government.

“The country is in need of good governance. The nation will prosper if we can stop corruption and commission-mongering. We should become self-sufficient in food by revolutionizing agriculture, tourism should be expanded to the rural hinterland and industries should be opened in the villages which will create jobs, leading the country towards prosperity,” he reiterated.

Senior leader Poudel reminded that the newly-elected people’s representatives should not betray the people.
