National conference of National Heart and Lung Society taking place on May 7



CHITWAN: The national conference of the National Heart and Lung Society is taking place in Chitwan on May 7.

The seminar will provide a forum for participating doctors to exchange their job experiences and get knowledge about new technology in their field, it has been said.

Around 100 doctors and experts are expected to take part in the conference and 26 scientific working papers will be presented, said the Society chairperson Prof Dr Mani Prasad Gautam.

“Cardiac surgeons, pulmonologists and vascular surgeons and physicians will participate in the conference.”

The session is expected to be fruitful in exchanging researches about new technology in health sector, he said.

Likewise, the Society General Secretary Dr Shankar Laudari expressed the hope that the conference would give a new dimension in the treatment of cardiovascular disease through a new technology.
