NRB releasing treasury of Rs 32.10 billion



KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) is set to issue another treasury bill of Rs 32.10 billion on Monday.

The NRB has informed that the treasury bill will be issued in the same amount till 3 pm on the same day.

Commercial banks, development banks and finance companies will be able to participate in the treasury purchase, which is scheduled to be closed on April 5.

According to the NRB, the total treasury to be sold is Rs 2 billion for a period of 28 days, Rs 9 billion for a period of 91 days, Rs 10 billion for a period of 182 days and Rs 11 billion for a period of 364 days.

NRB has also issued a treasury bill of Rs. 22.10 billion last year.
