NEPSE declines by 1.67 points Friday



KATHMANDU: Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has declined by 1.67 points to close at 1970.62 points on Friday, the last trading day of the week.

The market index NEPSE fell by 0.08 percent today.

There was a nominal increase in Hydropower, Microfinance and Other sub-indices. Apart from that, all the sub-indices decreased Friday.

In the market open for two hours on Friday, 1,801,273 shares were traded to make the Friday transaction amount of about Rs 700 million.

Nepal Telecommunication Company had the highest turnover of Rs 100.4 million while Nabil Bank had a turnover of Rs 43.7 million.
