Let’s form an independent electoral government: RPP Chairman Lingden

KATHMANDU: Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP)Chairman Rajendra Lingden has put forward a proposal to dissolve the current government to make the upcoming provincial and federal elections fair.

Sharing his view on social media Twitter on Tuesday, the RPP Chair suggested to dissolve the current government and form an independent electoral government.

“It is not necessary to continue the parliament even after the announcement of the election, but to ensure that the election is free and fair, it is appropriate to dissolve the government and form an independent electoral government,” Lingden said.

He added that even to show that the coalition government has faith in the people and democracy, they should dissolve the current government and move towards the formation of a new electoral government.
