Nepali student dies in Australia



KATHMANDU: A Nepali has died in Australia while learning to ride a motorcycle.

According to Nepal Tube, Sashant Sigdel, from Lalitpur, met with an accident while practicing for driving license on the island of Tasmania, Australia.

Sigdel’s motorcycle collided with a car while preparing for a motorcycle license exam in Lancaster, Tasmania.

He had reached Australia in 2018 to study accounting at Federation University in Melbourne.

The Non-Resident Nepali Association Tasmania has expressed its condolences to the family and relatives.
