NC’s Karki elected from Sunsari-4



SUNSARI: Nepali Congress (NC) leader Gyanendra Bahadur Karki has been elected from Sunsari Constituency-4.

Karki, who is also the Minister of Communications, won by a narrow margin.

While Karki got 30,483 votes, his nearest contender Jagdish Prasad Kusayat of CPN-UML got 30,371 votes.

Sunsari-4 is considered important in the country’s politics.
