UML making its official views public on MCC today

Organizing press meet at 1 pm



KATHMANDU: Main opposition CPN-UML is making public its official views on the US grant Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) today.

UML is organizing a press meet to this effect at Tinkune-based Royal Banquet at 1 pm.

According to Bishnu Rijal, the deputy head of the central publicity department, the UML will make its views public on the latest political developments, including the MCC and upcoming local level elections.

The MCC compact was ratified by a meeting of the federal parliament on last Sunday.
