KATHMANDU: The government has increased the price of milk.

The cabinet meeting held on Monday increased the price of milk for farmers by Rs 6.52.

The price of processed milk for consumers will be fixed by the Dairy Development Corporation.

Farmers had been demanding price hike saying milk production cost has gone up.
